Mangala-arati, tulasi-puja, japa meditation (chanting on beads), and Srimad-Bhagavatam class. The peaceful early morning hours are considered most auspicious for spiritual practice.
Public chanting of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra on Karl Johans gate, in the heart of Oslo. Come join the kirtan party or simply stop and listen.
The Practice
We follow the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who brought the ancient science of Krishna consciousness from India to the world in 1965. The practice is simple and joyful: chant the holy names, study the Bhagavad-gita, offer vegetarian food to Krishna, and keep the company of devotees.
